Royal Mail Delivery Delays – What You Need to Know
Royal Mail are currently dealing with higher than usual parcel volumes for the festive season, which is causing delays in processing some Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 shipments. This mainly affects the first few tracking updates, so some parcels appear to be “stuck” even though they are still moving through the network.
What this means for your order
Most parcels are still being delivered, just with slightly extended timelines. In many cases, tracking will suddenly update once the parcel reaches the next stage of Royal Mail’s network.
