- Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. At busy times, it can take up to 3 working days. Custom and bulk orders may take longer, and we'll let you know the timescale when you order.
2. Delivery services (UK)
- Royal Mail 48: usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail 24 (upgrade at checkout): usually 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail, not guarantees.
3. International delivery: We ship with Royal Mail International Tracked, usually 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Orders outside the UK may be subject to import VAT or handling fees charged by the carrier upon delivery.
4. If your parcel is late, lost or damaged: Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered. If it's late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll sort it with a replacement or a full refund. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbours and any safe place first, then get in touch.
5. Delivery address: Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange resending it.
6. Packaging: We use protective, recyclable packaging and keep plastic to a minimum.
