We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Change of mind: You have 14 days from delivery to cancel standard catalogue items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for return postage. Start your return via our returns portal or email support@alchemycollectives.co.uk.

Faulty or incorrect items: Contact us as soon as possible with photographs. Within 30 days you can choose a refund or replacement. After 30 days (up to 6 months) we will offer a repair or replacement first.

Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return, to your original payment method.

Custom items: Made-to-order items manufactured to a bespoke specification cannot be returned for change of mind. Statutory rights apply for faulty goods.

Bundles: Must be returned as a complete set.
