• All products are made to order using 3D printing techniques
• Typical dispatch is within 1–2 working days
• During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days

2. Shipping Services

• Royal Mail 48 (standard)
• Royal Mail 24 (upgrade at checkout)

3. Delivery Estimates (UK)

• Royal Mail 48: 2-3 working days after dispatch
• Royal Mail 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch
• Times are estimates and not guaranteed

4. International Shipping

• We currently ship to the USA via Royal Mail International Tracked
• Estimated delivery is 5–10 working days after dispatch

5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

• We are not responsible for delays once orders are with the carrier
• If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbours and your local delivery office before contacting us

6. Incorrect Address

Please check your address at checkout. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Packaging

We use protective and recyclable materials, minimising plastic wherever possible.
